Timofey Ilyich — a cartoon elephant professor in a burgundy cardigan and round glasses — holds an open notebook in a study with books and an hourglass. A fictional AI character. AI character
Your guide is Timofey Ilyich, a fictional character created with AI. You can turn him off.
You remember the face, but the name escapes you. You ask someone to repeat a number twice. You speak from notes even though you know the subject.

Often, a name or number simply does not stick because your attention is elsewhere. Memory techniques give you a way to anchor the information and recall it when needed. You learn them through scheduled practice, much like touch typing. Your own tests will show what has changed for you.

Who it’s for

For people who rely on memory at work

Yerevan, Almaty, Tashkent, Bishkek, Tbilisi, Minsk, or Berlin — sessions take place online, in a browser on your phone or computer.

Managers and sales professionals

New people and numbers every week: names at meetings, amounts and dates from conversations. Practice remembering them until you can write them down and addressing people by name.

People who speak in public

A talk, a presentation, a team meeting, a toast. Learn to associate key points with familiar places and speak while looking at people, not at a page.

Adults learning something new

Relocating, changing careers, or using a new language at work. Memory techniques for lists, terms, and work documents — plus a review schedule to help you retain what you learn.

Who it is not for. If your memory difficulties are new or getting worse, speak with a doctor. This is training in memory techniques, not a medical service. Adults only, 18+. You also need to be able to set aside 15 minutes six days a week: these techniques depend on repetition.

What’s included

6 weeks + 2 optional weeks. Five memory techniques

Everyone progresses together as one cohort on a shared schedule. Each week, you learn one memory technique with fictional examples, then apply it to your own material.

  • 1Names and faces
  • 2Numbers and commitments
  • 3Lists and tasks
  • 4Key points for a talk
  • 5Your own material

Week-by-week plan

  1. 1week

    Your starting point

Take the “before” test before your first practice session. Learn “cover — recall — check” and spaced reviews, and set your goal.

  2. 2week

    Names and faces

Four steps using fictional faces. Keep the names of people you know in your own notebook — you do not need to enter them in the app.

  3. 3week

    Numbers and commitments

Associate digits with images to remember meeting dates, amounts, and contract numbers. Do not enter passwords, PINs, or card numbers in the app.

  4. 4week

    Lists and tasks

The method of loci: give each item a place on a familiar route (entryway → kitchen → study). Agendas, tasks, and steps in a process.

  5. 5week

    Key points without notes

Key points → cue words → places → rehearsal. Your own talk with 5–10 key points.

  6. 6week

    Your own material

Choose the 1–2 memory techniques most useful to you and make a review plan. Take the “after” test.

  7. +7optional

    Reading for work

Preview → ask questions → read → retell in your own words. Practice with a work document.

  8. +8optional

    Reinforcing what you’ve learned

What to do if you miss a week; a review plan for the next 3 months. Take a third test 4 weeks after finishing.

A typical day

15 minutes: learn → practice → review

Six days a week, at a time that works for you, in your own time zone. Day seven is for review or rest. No streaks to lose: if you miss a day, just continue.

  1. Warm-up 0–4 min

Review the cards scheduled for today: first try to recall each answer without hints, then reveal it. Next, make a ring with your fingers, then a V sign, and take three calm breaths — your starting ritual.

  2. Learn the memory technique 4–8 min

Timofey Ilyich explains the memory technique in simple terms and shows an example. Or you can read the same explanation, if you prefer.

  3. Practice 8–13 min

Apply the memory technique to your own material: group members’ names, numbers from a contract, or key points for a talk.

  4. Review and plan 13–15 min

Cover — recall — check. The next review is scheduled according to preset rules; add one line about what got in your way.

Your guide

Timofey Ilyich — he’ll tell you himself that he’s an AI character

A fictional elephant professor and keeper of the Memory Palace in the world of Zverium. He was created with artificial intelligence. He is not a doctor or a scientist — he explains memory techniques in simple terms and guides you through the program.

  • At the start of sessions, he reminds you that he is an AI character.
  • You can turn him off: the session remains available as text and audio narration, with the same memory techniques and tests.
  • An AI assistant with safeguards in place reviews your mistakes — up to 10 conversational turns a day.
  • He speaks Russian, Armenian, and English — you choose your language when you sign up.

“First finger — hear it. Second — repeat it aloud. Third — make an association. Fourth, and most important — recall it: in a minute, in ten minutes, and again in your notebook that evening.”

“One week will not make you someone who remembers everyone, and I make no promises. At the end of the week, we will simply take a measurement and look at your own results.”

An honest note

What we do not promise and what we measure

We do not promise

  • A particular amount of improvement. We show only your own test results.
  • Results by a set date. Six weeks is the length of the program, not a deadline by which you will “remember everything.”
  • Medical benefits. This training is not intended for diagnosis or treatment and does not measure IQ.
  • Exam results or scores. We do not prepare you for exams, tests, or certification assessments.
  • Diplomas or completion certificates. This is training, not a course with a final assessment.
  • A new method. These memory techniques have been known for decades. What we provide is a structured path, scheduled reviews, and honest measurements.

We measure three times

Before you start, after you finish, and 4 weeks later. The tests have the same level of difficulty. Only you can see your results.

  • Words12 words: recall them right away and 24 hours later
  • Names8 portraits of fictional people, each with a name
  • NumbersTwo 12-digit numbers, one minute for each
  • Key points7 key points from a short speech, without the text
  • ConfidenceA self-rating from 1 to 10, separate from the tests

A report entry looks like this (an example of the format, not a prediction): “Words recalled after 24 hours: 6 before, 10 after; 9 four weeks later.” No “normal” score, percentages, or comparisons with others.

A change may reflect familiarity with the test procedure and other factors; by itself, it does not prove that the training had an effect.

Questions

The essentials

Which countries can I join from?

Any country: everything is online. We are starting with Armenia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Belarus, and Europe. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, or ArCa. We cannot yet accept cards issued by Russian banks; a way to pay from Russia will be available later.

What language are the sessions in?

Russian, Armenian, or English — you choose when you sign up. The memory techniques, tests, and reports are the same in all three languages.

Is there a human mentor?

No. There are no human mentors or course coordinators. Your guide is an AI character, an AI assistant with safeguards in place reviews your mistakes, and support handles payment and access questions.

Can I take part without the character?

Yes. The “without guide” setting keeps the session text and audio narration available. The memory techniques and tests stay the same.

How much time does it take, and what if I miss a day?

15 minutes, six days a week, at any time that works for you. Missing a day does not erase your progress: pick up where you left off. Weekly materials become available according to the cohort schedule.

Do I need Telegram?

No. Everything works in a browser on your phone or computer. Telegram is one of two reminder channels you can choose from.

Is it suitable for people over 60?

Yes, if short daily sessions suit you. You can take your time with the tests. We do not replace external aids such as calendars and reminders or ask you to stop using them.

How is this different from a book or free videos?

The memory techniques are the same ones you can find in good books — we do not hide that. The difference is the structure: 15 minutes a day, scheduled reviews, feedback on your mistakes, and your own before/after tests.

How do I pay or get a refund?

Starting October 28, we will send you a personal link to pay by card through the bot or by email. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and ArCa; payment is in Armenian drams. Before the cohort starts on November 16, we refund the full amount. After it starts, the refund is proportional to the days remaining. Details are in the Public Offer (Terms of Service).

What information do you keep about me?

From the form: your name, contact details, country, and selected goal. In the practice tool: records of training activity and your answers. Keep colleagues’ and other people’s names in your own notebook — you do not need to enter them in the app. Your data can be deleted on request. Details are in the Personal Data Processing Policy.
